      ✨✨ SETTING GOALS ✨✨For those of you who don't know, our Manager Vanessa LOVES her weight training and set herself some PB goals to tackle before the end of the year. One of those was to hit the big 150kg deadlift… which she smashed last week! Throughout the process there were of course some set backs … few holidays, injuries, winter colds etc… but staying consistent when there were no interruptions made all the difference! Remember, life happens BUT it does not mean your goals cannot be reached. Follow a program that gets you to your own individual goals to stay consistent, eat the right things to get you there, listen to your body when you feel like you need rest and get back on track as soon as you can! Just because the end of the year is near it does not mean you can't start tackling your goals NOW.
